Norseman reserves to the right to cancel all trips subject to weather conditions, suitable numbers and any other unforseen circumstances.

Compulsorary Government Environmental Management Charge of $5.00 per person (excludes children 3 years & under) and a Fuel Levy of $15 per person is payable onboard the vessel on the day of departure.

Payment can be made by Eftpos, Cash or Credit Card.  Please note that credit card transactions will attract a 5% surcharge.

All bookings must be confirmed by credit card and/or paid in full to either Norseman or your preferred agent prior to the day of departure.  All bookings cancelled within 12 hours of departure are non-refundable.  Failing to cancel your booking within 12 hours of departure will attract full payment. Refunds will not be given.
